We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your appliance is beyond repair.
Repair & Care plans start at £13.50 per month and include 12 months of continued support. And if your engineer finds that your appliance is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.
We have a network of expert engineers who are approved and available to look after your oven repair. Your engineer will know your appliance and have access to the official parts to get it fixed right, quickly.

Yes, we have a network of approved, expert engineers across the UK.
Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan. It includes the cost of this repair, plus a year of protection that includes continued support if anything goes wrong.
It also includes a “no fix, no fee” guarantee — if the engineer isn’t able to repair your appliance this time, we’ll cancel the plan and refund any payments. You won’t have to pay anything.
The plan includes an initial repair with a guarantee of money back if your appliance can't be fixed, as well as ongoing maintenance and support to ensure it runs smoothly for as long as possible.
If your appliance stops working in the future, we can arrange a visit by one of our expert engineers. If we can’t repair your appliance or we decide that it’s beyond economic repair, we’ll happily replace it (installation costs are not included).
You’ll also benefit from accidental damage cover, provided under a separate policy of insurance by Domestic & General Insurance PLC, part of our Domestic & General Group.
