As well as getting your Baxi boiler back in working order, we can offer a 12 month extended repair package – the Repair & Protect service plan.

The initial repair will have our no fix no fee promise – if we can’t mend your boiler, we’ll give you a full refund.

After the initial repair has been carried out, you’ll have 12 months of added protection for approved repairs. If we send out one of our expert engineers and they deem your Baxi boiler to be beyond economical repair, we could give you a contribution towards a brand new boiler.

How much will I pay?

We can offer boiler protection for Baxi boilers under 15 years old for £26.99 a month.

If you choose to pay monthly by Direct Debit, your plan will automatically renew at the end of the plan period, ensuring there’s no break in protection.

Additional benefits of our repair package

After the initial repair, if the engineer deems your boiler to be beyond economical repair or the cost of repair exceeds the plan limit, you may receive a contribution towards a new one.

If you choose our Repair & Protect service plan, then we can offer you 20% off a plan that you subsequently take out during the life of your plan. Just tell us which appliances you’d like protected.
