We’re proud to work with Hoover Candy to offer an expert repair service for their appliances. If you have a broken Hoover or Candy appliance, we work alongside a nationwide network of approved engineers who could help.
Call us free and we can give you an estimated quote for a one-off repair, the cost of which will depend on the fault and the parts needed to complete the repair.
With a Hoover or Candy appliance, you can take advantage of our 12-month Repair & Care plan. Your initial repair will come with our no fix, no fee promise – so you won't be out of pocket if your appliance can’t be fixed.
If the initial repair is successful, Repair & Care then gives you ongoing maintenance and support for your appliance for the life of your plan. This includes set-up support, exclusive access to our Appliance Care portal, and a remote health check every year.

Your appliance must be out of its manufacturer’s guarantee and no more than 12 years old.
Repair & Care gives you access to maintenance hints and tips for the life of your plan, as well as an annual health check to make sure your appliance is running smoothly. If something goes wrong, you can access remote support whenever you need to from our Appliance Care team.
If your appliance fails the annual health check or stops working, you’ll receive repairs by expert engineers to help get you back up and running. If the engineer can’t fix your appliance or deems it to be beyond economic repair, we’ll arrange for a replacement that has the same or similar specifications. This only applies after the initial repair, and installation costs are not included.
You’ll also benefit from accidental damage cover, which is provided by Domestic & General Insurance PLC under a separate insurance policy. Visit our standard accidental damage insurance policy page for full details on how this works.
There’s the option to pay monthly by Direct Debit (plus your plan will automatically renew at the end of the initial plan period, ensuring no break in care),as well as the option to pay in advance by credit or debit card.
