Added peace of mind with a service plan

You can choose a 6 month repair package to give you added peace of mind. With the Vaillant Service Plan, your boiler will be up and running again, or it’s no fix no fee – if your boiler can’t be fixed, you’ll get a full refund of any monies paid up until that point.

Better yet, if the initial repair is successful, your Vaillant boiler will then have added protection for future approved repairs, with help from a Vaillant Gas Safe engineer for the duration of your plan. During that time, if they deem your Vaillant boiler is beyond economic repair, you may receive a contribution towards a brand new one.

How much will I pay?

The Vaillant Service Plan offers protection for Vaillant, Glow-worm and Heatline boilers under 15 years old for £49.98 a month – payments by Direct Debit only.

Additional benefits of our repair package

After the initial repair, if the engineer deems your boiler to be beyond economical repair or the cost of repair exceeds the plan limit, you may receive a contribution towards a new one.

If you choose our Repair & Protect service plan, then we can offer you 20% off a plan that you subsequently take out during the life of your plan. Just tell us which appliances you’d like protected.
