Keeping your home running

After the initial fault is repaired, if your appliance breaks down again and we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we may replace it with a brand new one (delivery and installation and remaining monthly payments may apply).

If your boiler breaks down again and we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we may decide to give you a contribution towards a new boiler to help get your home back up and running again (remaining monthly payments may apply).

Indesit Gold customers (Cannon, Hotpoint and Indesit)

If you’re an Indesit Gold customer, you could get a new appliance if your broken one can’t be repaired (installation and remaining monthly payments may apply).
