Repair options

We offer two repair options: a one-off repair or our repair package.

It’s your choice. With a one-off repair you benefit from our expert engineers but will have to pay a callout charge if your appliance cannot be fixed.

With our repair package you benefit from our no fix no fee promise, and additional protection against any further approved breakdowns for the life of the plan.

The price you pay for our repair package will depend on the age, type and manufacturer of your appliance or boiler.

How can I pay for a repair package?

You have two options for payment and can choose the right one to suit you. You can pay monthly by Direct Debit, which may include an introductory Direct Debit discount. With this option, the plan will automatically renew each year ensuring there’s no break in protection (but we’ll write to you beforehand). If you prefer, you can also pay the plan fee in advance by credit/debit card or cheque (excludes Vaillant Service customers).

We offer repairs for appliances out of their manufacturer’s guarantee. If your appliance is in guarantee contact your manufacturer.

Benefits of our repair package

Some features are different for Hoover Candy, Indesit, Hotpoint and Cannon customers on Indesit Gold plans, and for boilers made by Vaillant, Glow-worm, Heatline or Baxi.

Additional benefits of our repair package

After the initial fault is repaired, if your appliance breaks down again and we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we may replace it with a brand new one (delivery and installation and remaining monthly payments may apply). If your boiler breaks down again and we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we may decide to give you a contribution towards a new boiler to help get your home back up and running again (remaining monthly payments may apply).

There’s the option to pay monthly by Direct Debit (plus your plan will automatically renew at the end of the initial plan period, ensuring no break in protection), in addition to the option of making payment in advance.
